Mutable Selves 1994-97

This series is an investigation into the contrast between the volume and weight of clay and the strength and thinness of steel. The negative space of the illusive shadow of the Aphrodite and Cycladic figures, influence the physicality of the clay forms suspended within the steel or as a standing fragment.
